All SFL properties in operation are BREEAM In-Use or HQE Exploitation certified. BREEAM in-Use certification has been widely deployed since 2012, making SFL the benchmark property company in Europe for early adoption of this certification for its operating assets. SFL strives to improve levels with each new certification campaign.
By the end of 2024, 100 % of our assets will have at least Very Good certification, whether BREEAM In USE or HQE Exploitation.
The Scope and Condorcet projects are perfect examples of this. They are aiming for multiple certifications and labels, including :
- The BiodiverCity label to highlight major efforts to green sites;
- The BBCA (Bâtiment Bas Carbone) Rénovation label to demonstrate the ambition of SFL's teams to reduce greenhouse gas emissions;
- The CircoLab label to develop re-use and the circular economy;
- ActiveScore certification to promote active modes of transport.
