A certified heritage in search of excellence

Since 2012, SFL has established itself as a pioneering property company thanks to its early adoption of BREEAM in-Use certification. Today, 100 % of our properties are BREEAM In-Use or HQE Exploitation certified and present as a minimum Faced with constantly evolving standards, each asset is subject to a process designed to identify and activate new performance levers tailored to its identity and potential for innovation. Our emblematic Scope and Condorcet projects are also aiming for the BiodiverCity label, the BBCA Rénovation label, the CircoLab label, the WiresScore label and ActiveScore certification.

Contributing to new urban mobility

With 99 % of its portfolio located in the heart of Paris, each address offers optimum accessibility while limiting its carbon footprint. The assets encourage soft mobility and benefit from strategic proximity to the capital's main transport hubs.
