We offer high added-value services that benefit both tenants and external visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Have you seen any change in demand since the pandemic?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As people head back to the office, we're seeing a major trend: a mix of targets and uses. Consumers are looking for turnkey venues offering a wide range of services (after-work, evening events, catering, entertainment, etc.) to meet all their needs. What we've been doing for years makes perfect sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How would you define the 'French' hospitality trademark?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n It can be translated as the French art of entertaining. At Sodexo Live! we put the French art of entertaining at the service of each of our events. Welcoming clients or employees has the same objective: to offer emotions, to surprise at every moment through a personalised experience and, above all, excellent gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We've noted that Madrid is a very attractive location for employees: what analysis do you make of this result?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This study corroborates our own analysis of the attractiveness and potential of the main European cities. We have found that Madrid, and Spain more generally, is at the top of the league table in the sports, culture and leisure segments, which make up our core market. This is less the case for other Latin countries such as Italy and Portugal, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beyond the tertiary sector, are you seeing an increase in the attractiveness of other sectors?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Spain is an attractive market for international companies. We are seeing a strong presence of hotel groups and leisure parks in Spain, which is also accelerating the development of the tourism market, entertainment and the general public.
